      The carpet in dining room will be charged separately even if it is contained in livingroom.

      Deodorizing or disinfecting only charge 25% additional fee

      If your carpet has not been cleaned for many years, or your carpet is very dirty, such 

as a large area of carpet became dark color, we may charge additional fee.

      We also charge additional fee for some special stains, such as paint, blood, ink etc.

      If you have pets,such as dogs, we may charge more.

      Any bedroom exceeds 200sqft, or living room(or bonus room) exceeds 300sqft, we may charge additional fee.
